This package allows the bride and groom to be a guest at their wedding.  I will start managing the wedding 6 weeks before the date.  

Day of / Month of Coordination Services:

• Confirm day of details with all contracted vendors
• Create and distribute day of timeline
• Ceremony and reception site visit prior to wedding day
• Wedding rehearsal supervision (Maximum 3 hours)
• Wedding day emergency kit
• Unlimited phone and email support
• Complete management and coordination services on day of wedding (Maximum 12 hours)

This package allows the bride and groom to enjoy the planning experience and be a guest at their wedding.

Complete planning and design package

• Attend all vendor meetings
• Suggest and schedule appointments with and help in choosing all vendors
• Unlimited phone and email support
• Create and manage budget
• Create and manage planning checklist
• Suggest and schedule appointments with and help in choosing ceremony and reception venues ( site visits )
• Designing wedding: creating custom color palette, detailed floor plan, work with florist, lighting, rentals, and other creative vendors to bring your vision to life.
• Assist with attire selection
• Coordinate seating chart / place cards
• Assist couple in obtaining marriage license in a timely manner
• Wedding rehearsal supervision (maximum 3 hours)
• Wedding day emergency kit
• Create and distribute day of timeline
• Complete management and coordination services on day of wedding (Maximum 12 hours)​
