Q: WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DOES 5 STAR AFFAIRS PLAN?

A: You name it we can plan it.  Whether you need assistance planning your wedding, graduation party, or corporate event we are here for you.  ​No matter the vision or the budget we can make your idea a reality.

Q: WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR PLANNING AN EVENT?

A: This depends on the event type and what it will take to turn your vision into reality.  Day of coordination starts at $700, and full wedding planning starts at $1500.

Q: CAN I GET A CONSULTATION?  HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

A: Of course!  We can't wait to meet you.  The first consultation is always free.  We want to get to know you and your vision for the big day.  We wouldn't dream of trying to plan your event with knowing all about you and what you are looking for.

Q: WHY DO WE NEED AN EVENT PLANNER?

A: An event planner's primary goal and responsibility is to help you stay focused and organized.  We are here to help you stay on track, refer you to reputable vendors, supply a wealth of resources, and negotiate on your behalf and carry out your vision.  

Q: HOW DO I KNOW 5 STAR AFFAIRS IS A GOOD FIT FOR US?

A: ​Do you breathe?  Are you human?  We are 99.5% positive that we are a good fit.  We are flexible and here to meet your needs so we are confident we will find a positive way to work together.

Q: HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR VENDORS?

A: ​We have had the pleasure of working with each of our vendors.  They don't just meet expectations.  They exceed them.  We truly are a team, and that makes the planning process easier all around.

Q: DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH YOUR VENDORS IF I HIRE YOU AS MY PLANNER?

A: Short Answer: No. 
    Medium answer: Of course not.
    Long answer: we have cultivated a relationship with these vendors and trust their work.  However, we are more than happy to         
    work with any vendors you would prefer.

Q: MY VENUE OFFERS AN ON-SITE COORDINATOR FOR THE DAY OF THE EVENT.  DO I STILL NEED AN EVENT PLANNER?

A: ​On site planners are great, but you need someone who is there to represent ONLY YOU, and YOUR vision and YOUR needs.  

Q: WHAT SEPARATES YOU FROM OTHER EVENT PLANNERS?

A: ​Personal care and responsibility.  Our clients are like family to us.  Since you're family your vision is our vision.  Your dream is our dream.  Unlike other larger planning services, we will give you one on one, personalized, concierge service. 

Q: HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?

A: ​For weddings 8 - 12 months in advance when possible.  For all other events it takes shorter time to plan but we like to have at least 3 months to ensure we can book the best vendors for your event.

Q: ARE THERE ANY TYPES OF EVENTS YOU WILL NOT HELP PLAN?

A: Listen fam, as long as it's legal we are here for it.  Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvah's, Anniversary, Graduation, Birthdays!  You dream it we can plan it.
